name correction

I wrote last years jamb & there is a tpying error in my because is appeared as okorie ikechukwu ehoch but its supposed to be okorie ikechukwu enoch.please how can it be corrected.

    first name:babatunde
    last name:olumide

    it was surname:olumide
    first name:babatunde
    last name:kehinde
