Go to myjambresult.com and select change of course from the drop menu box there close to Process option, then continue. Ensure that the javascript for the site or browser is not disabled. You need javascript to operate well with the jamb site. The continue button will take you to another place, then you need to select the Select the ff;
Exam:
Registration No:
Pin Number:
After that, click on start process. It will lead you step by step to select the school and the courses you will want to change, and after you're through with your choices, submit finally. It is not that hard

You can do the change. The two courses are in the same faculty and you could do it before the admissions lists are out. Get a scratch card and go to myjambresult.com.
For those who are having invalid pin, you should keep trying, it may take time. Try when the server is faster
