What is the procedure for changing choice university after the Jamb and post Jamb exam. For instance, a candidate decided to change to a private university that was not initially one of his choices, after the result is out and he decides to sit for the private university post Jamb exam. What is the procedure for regularizing the records in the Jamb office or wherever?
