sir, a friend of mine wrote the jamb exam and i can swear he wrote that exam in his centre. But when he tried to check his result, he got a reply that he was absent from the exam which is not true. Pls what should he do?

I was given mathematics, commerce, and economics, instead of biology, chemistry and physics, that i registered for,although it was changed by my supervisor, after seeing my E-reg slip, but am very suprise! After seeing "no result yet", for one month, now they say i was absent,how?coz even in the attendance i was present, i saw when the invigilator ticked my number, and i did not go anywere coz d gate was locked by our supervisor.
